The Payette Riverwalk is now open to the public for bike and pedestrian traffic - no motor vehicles. People can fish, paddle board, float the Payette for 2 hours by launching at the Red Bridge and taking out at Moonridge. 5 vehicle parking is available, and it is just a short walk from the property!

There is a camera on the front door facing the entrance of the home and there is a camera inside the owner's garage (which guests do not have access to).
there is no garage access for guests, but plenty of room for 6 cars or 2 trucks and 2 trailers NOTE - the circular driveway can be narrow in the winter due to snow accumulation.
