the exterior of the house, built in the typical menorcan style, offers everything you need to enjoy a well-deserved rest On its terrace you will find a private chlorine pool measuring 8.3x4m and with a depth of between 0.40 and 1.95m, perfect for cooling off on the hottest days. Next to it, there are sun loungers for sunbathing, parasols and a barbecue area where you can enjoy unforgettable meals with your family and friends. In addition, near the terrace there is a room with a fridge (no freezer) where you can store cool drinks. The property is fenced and the privacy is total.
the interior of the two-storey house is decorated in a rustic style The ground floor consists of a living room with Smart TV and a dining room open to the kitchen, which is equipped with everything you need to prepare any kind of dishes. In addition, on this same floor you will find a double bedroom with fan and two bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtub. In the house there is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the first floor there are two more bedrooms, both with fan, and two bathrooms with shower.
