your safety is our priority The residence is equipped with smoke detectors in key communal areas. In case of emergencies, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit are accessible under the kitchen sink. For your peace of mind, we have installed security cameras on the exterior of the property, including a Ring camera at the main entrance. It's important to note that there are no cameras inside the residence or any that intrude upon the privacy of interior spaces.

1 Quiet hours are 11 Pm to 7 Am.
2 No parties of any kind. It is considered a party or gathering if there are more people within the property than the house/unit can sleep. Any and All visitors must have prior approval before coming onto the property.
3 Smoking or vaping is Not allowed anywhere inside the property. Smoking is allowed outside only. An ashtray is provided. Do not throw any "cigarette butts" on the ground. A $300 fee will be assessed if this rule is broken. No illegal drugs of any kind.
4 Check-in is at 4 Pm and the primary guest must be present at check-in. Check-out is at 10 Am. Early check-ins and late check-out are only provided upon availability, for an additional cost. Please check with your host. Late checkout without authorization will result in a $200 fee.
5 Primary guest must be at least 21 years of age.
6 You are liable for any damages to the property.
7 Security cameras are present around the exterior areas of the property and a Ring camera is by the front door facing towards the outside. Cameras are Never located inside the property or facing the inside of the property. Tampering, damaging, covering, or removing cameras will result in a charge of $300 and possible removal from the property.
8 Please do not throw anything besides toilet paper in the toilet.
9 Please clean the Bbq after use.
10 This house is Not Child Proofed. Supervise your children at all times. We are not responsible for any accident or injuries that may occur while on the property.
11 No glass near the pool.
12 Use the swimming pool at your own risk. A pool alarm is provided, and is located under the sink and is strongly recommended to be used, specially is you have your small ones with you. We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur.
13 A fire extinguisher and a first aid kit is provided, and is located under the sink for your safety. Be mindful of the cooktop and its location to avoid any accidents.
14 This property is pet friendly with 2 max allowed. We do however charge an extra $100 fee for each pet. No exotic animals allowed.
15 Dispose all the trash before you go on the green and blue containers located outside the house.
16 Leave dishes and utensils on the dishwasher. Remove all your personal belongings by the end of your stay. We are not responsible for the loss of any personal items while on the property.
