Positive: The communication was great with the owners, we had some trouble getting the door codes to work but they responded straight away. The set up with the three apartments was perfect for our large group of 4 families. There was plenty of space for everyone. The views of the lake are beautiful and the hot tub was very nice! The beds were very comfortable as well.
Negative: It seems like the owners are working on updating the apartments. Overall the units were not very clean, a good deep cleaning was needed. Apartment B was the worst. The shower curtain was disgusting with mold all along the bottom, it had missing and unpainted trim, old kitchen cabinets that wouldn't stay closed and a constant dripping kitchen sink. There were no hooks or towel bars in the bathroom to hang towels. The only mirror in the 3 bedroom apartment is in the bathroom, it would be nice to have mirrors in the bedrooms to be able to get ready. There was only 6 towels in an apartment that can sleep 9, we had to go buy more towels. With some cleaning and a updating this place would be awesome.
