Positive: The location was great. Very close to the beaches but far enough off the main drag to have peace and quiet. Liked the walking path just behind the complex and the nearby bakery. The property was well maintained, and the living space was great, very spacious, for the three of us. The communication from the host was wonderful. She stayed on top of things. The unit was clean, and the area was beautiful.
Negative: The water was not the best from the tap. It had a foul taste to it. This of course made the ice taste funny which made the drinks taste bad. Not much you can do with city water though, understandably. I am used to well water. We did end up buying bottled water and a bag of ice to put in the freezer. The property was a little confusing to find at first. There is no number listed on the building and there are two identical buildings very close to each other. I ended up going to wrong building first to try the lock on the door. When that didn't work, I went to the other building and got the right unit. When I messaged the guest contact, she was unaware there was no number on the building. Thankfully there were only two, so this wasn't a big hardship, just a minor inconvenience.
Summary: This was a great place to stay. I would definitely recommend it and will consider returning
