as you enter this home you walk into the main open concept living area with the beautiful indoor garden as the focal point of the living and dining room Along the side of the main living area are three sets of french doors that open up to a great outdoor space, dining and sitting area. Just past the dining room is the full kitchen with pass through window to the bar overlooking the backyard oasis with private pool and hot tub. Laundry and a half bath are both located in the rear of the house and accessed from the pool area. Off the other side of the dining room is a hall that leads to the three spacious bedrooms and guest bath. both the master suite and bedroom with the two twin beds have doors leading directly to the pool area as well!
guests will have full access and use of the unit 24 hours a day you can come and go as you please and there is an electronic lock, so there are no keys to keep up with!

palmas del mar is a beautiful, gated beachfront resort community This home is in one of the original neighborhoods called Villa Franca. It is just a short golf-cart ride to numerous restaurants, bars, shoppes and a private community beach. Other community amenities are world renowned golf, tennis, a yacht club and equestrian center.
getting around:
this is a golf cart community! we have a 4-person golf cart available for your use and recommend this as your primary method of transportation Have a larger party? We can recommend a rental to supplement as well. You can drive anywhere in the community in a normal vehicle, though the roads can be quite steep in places and parking can be tricky.
house rules (booking this property indicates acceptance and acknowledgement of the following rules):
the golf cart should always be parked in the carport and covered when not in use All drivers must be 16+ and hold a valid drivers license. Maximum capacity is 4 people. The gas reservoir can be found under the passengers seat. We have provided two full gas containers for the golf cart and/or generator (in the pool closet by the hammock). Should you use the gas, please refill. Our cleaners can do this but we would need to charge an additional $100 refilling fee so we are trying to help keep the cleaning fee down.
no loud noise or music after 10pm This is a family neighborhood. Verified complaints from neighbors will result in a $2,500.00 fine.
there is a pool and hot tub on the premesis There are 6 sets of doors that can access the backyard pool area. Each door is securable with a deadbolt, however, please be aware that this property may not be well suited for adventurous toddlers or children who cannot swim well. By accepting these rules you agree that all parties are able to swim and we cannot be held liable for accidental injury or death.
