maintenance services:
we do have weekly pool maintenance service scheduled on every friday (subject to change) during which the pool servicing company accesses the pool area from the side door and runs the usual maintenance which runs about 15 mins In addition to this we also have a biweekly yard maintenance service scheduled on Tuesdays (subject to change) which will access the front and back yard for lawn mowing and cleaning up leaves. We appreciate your understanding and collaboration.

pets:
an additional fee of $150 will be applied to your reservation We gladly welcome one well-behaved dog with prior approval before your booking. we kindly request that the dog is not left unattended in the premises for prolonged durations, is to be kept off furniture and beds, and that you provide your own dog bedding while ensuring responsible waste cleanup outdoors
