Welcome to this private 800 square foot (74 m2) apartment conveniently located just 4 miles (a 15-minute drive) from Newark Airport (EWR). Jersey Gardens Outlet Mall is only 1 mile away. There are 3 separate bedrooms. There is one bathroom with full tub/shower. The kitchen is spacious and equipped. There is a living room with a sofa, work desk and chair, and a 32-inch Fire TV. No parties, events, or smoking of any kind -- strictly enforced. Street parking only.
