Pennine View is a delightful, semi-detached house in the pretty and quiet village of Brampton just 2½ miles from the market town of Appleby in Westmorland. It is ideally located and surrounded by both the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales National Parks, and has direct views up onto the North Pennine Fells, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The excellent family bathroom is also on this floor. Pennine View is ideally suited for up to 4 adults and 2 children. The ground floor is where you will be doing all your entertaining; the living room has Sky TV, plus amazing views direct from your sofa onto The Pennines; a separate dining room has extra comfy seating plus a wood burner for those cold winter evenings, with more views onto the neighbouring fells; the kitchen, with separate utility room, offers a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, electric oven and hob to make life easy while away. Outside there is a delightful garden to the rear of the property split over two levels; the bottom level is on a patio and has seating, whilst the second level is lawned with more seating and excellent views of the Pennines again. The garden is completely enclosed, ideal for pets and children.

The settle to Carlisle Railway is the perfect way to explore the beautiful area, as it crosses some of the wildest countryside in England over the Ribblehead viaduct. The local pub is 275 yards from the property and is open Thursday through to Sunday, perfect for when you don’t fancy cooking or simply to enjoy an afternoon beverage.
