Any smoking must be done off the property either on the street or in the back alley.

-marijuana: smoking or vaping marijuana is strictly prohibited inside the unit or anywhere on the property Use must take place off-premises (e.g on the public sidewalk or in the alley).
-tobacco/nicotine products: smoking or vaping tobacco or nicotine products is not allowed inside the unit or anywhere on the property grounds Guests must smoke off-premises (e.g on the public sidewalk or in the alley).
