stay and get all the comforts of home in our rv! features queen-sized bed in the master bedroom with tv, a twin bed over twin bunk bed with curtain for privacy, kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, stove, coffee maker, plus a sofa and dinette! other conveniences include wireless internet and a flat-screen tv!
the rv offers everything you need for a warm, comfortable night sleep! located on covered parking!
parking: you can park one (1) car right in front of the trailer
coin laundry is called bright laundry services which is across the street
- pet fee $50 for each dog and cat (non-refundable) dogs over 30 pounds not allowed
-dog/cat poop must be picked up - especially in front of the property or on the streets, there will be a fine of $200
-early check-in fee $25, when available only, kindly check with us on the day of your check-in
please note: primary guest ages 25 years old below, no reviews and not at 4-5 star reviews We will require a $500 additional deposit which will be refunded at the end of your stay, given that there are no issues or any damages.
