the cruise embarkation starts at between 12:00 pm - 12:30 pm (noon) at halong paloma office, at vinashin wharf, no 6a le thanh tong str, hon gai, ha long city, quang ninh, vietnam (The office is opposite Phù Đổng Restaurant). Later check in can be arranged by tender boat (extra charges applied).

Otherwise the guest may not be allowed to be onboard.

The pickup time at hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter is at between 7:30 AM - 8:00 AM, at hotels in Westlake is at between 7:10 AM - 7:30 AM. Outside this area, the guests will be picked up at Paloma Office (3rd floor, 37 Le Van Huu Street, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi). The drop off time at hotels after cruise finishes is at 4:30 PM - 5:00 PM every day.
