this split-level home offers two ample living spaces On the second main floor, a cozy living room opens up to the panoramic views of the San Juan Gateway. Enjoy your morning hot beverage or evening libation and a grill-cooked meal on the wrap-around deck. The dining room is adjacent to the living room with seating for six guests. A sunroom is located off the kitchen on the West side of the deck, providing plenty of space for relaxation and enjoying the view in a warm, bright, enclosed setting.
the primary bedroom is complete with a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom The second and third bedrooms are furnished with comfortable queen and full-sized beds with a fully remodeled bathroom located just across the hallway.
heading downstairs, you'll find a spacious family room with a sliding glass door that leads to the backyard An infrared sauna is located in the family room, perfect for a post-hike or ski-session sauna session. Two additional bedrooms are located on this level, one with a queen-sized bed and the other with a full-sized bed. A full bathroom is located just around the corner at the bottom of the stairs.
