For outdoor dining you can opt for the large set-up space under the pergola with barbecue and completed by a comfortable sitting area. Casale Palombieri stands in a privileged position, amidst numerous centres of great historical, archaeological and naturalistic interest and just a short distance by car from the most beautiful beaches of crystal-clear water and fine sand in Sicily, Pozzallo and Santa Maria del Focallo. Not to be missed is a visit to the Baroque towns of the Val di Noto, as well as to Noto, Scicli, Modica and Ragusa, Syracuse and Ortigia, or to the Cave d'Ispica, a river valley of light-coloured rock with remains of prehistoric settlements or, again, to the Vendicari Nature Reserve with its long beaches of fine sand and marshes where, among other things, flamingos and herons migrate, with unique flora and fauna and historical relics such as the Swabian Tower, a 15th century fortified tower, and those of the Greek city of Eloro.

On the ground floor, a single room is composed of the sitting areas with fireplace, dining area and kitchen (connected to a pantry space and laundry). A second sitting room acts as a junction between the staircase leading to the upper floor and two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom (one with shower and one with tub and shower), one of which with direct access to the outdoor relaxation area with pool view. On the upper floor are a further three double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, two with shower and one with tub and shower. ANNEX. A short distance from the main villa, it consists of an open-plan area with kitchen, sitting room and dining area, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

There is also a charming pond. Near the kitchen French window is the terrace shaded by a pergola equipped with a large dining table for 14 people and a lounge area with sofas and armchairs. From the automatic entrance gate a private road of about 200 m leads to the covered parking for 5 cars, approx 30 m from the front door of to the villa.

the pool area is located at a slightly lower level than the ground floor which is about 20 m away and is accessed from the lawn on which are set stone slabs The pool area is surrounded by lawn and bordered by local stone slabs on which sunbeds and umbrellas have been placed. The egg-shaped swimming pool, painted on the inside, measures approximately 13 x 7 m with the depth varying from 1,40 to 2,40 m; it has salt and chlorine purification and internal steps for access to the water. Near the swimming pool is an outdoor, cold-water shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.
