pets: we welcome your well-behaved dog (please inquire before booking! 2 dogs maximum, certain breeds and mixes not allowed, all must be crated when left alone) at $450 per dog and refundable damage deposit Please inquire with your dog details. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Doge are never allowed on furniture or beds and must be crated when left alone.
pool heating: heatable with propane (efficient in all months/air temperatures)The charge for BOTH is $350.00 for the first day and $150.00 each additional day during March - May and September - November. This charge is non-taxable and non-refundable. Please inquire for winter rates.
payments: 50% due upon booking Full amount due at 60 days prior to arrival.
