any violation of the house rules can result in the cancelation of the reservation with no refund to the guest and loss of any security deposit

- pest control -
this home features a garden area Even though our pest control service goes out to the home at least once a month, you might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors, such as spiders, ladybugs, ants, or even bees. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified. We strive to keep the house clean and have monthly pest control measures in place.

1 Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. onwards. Check-out time is at 10 a.m. max.
2 Smoking Indoors is STRICTLY forbidden. Guests that break this house rule will receive a $500 penalty.
3 Parties of any kind are NOT allowed on the property.
4 Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m.
5 Drugs, weapons and inappropriate behavior are not allowed on the property.
6 The total number of guests and pets spending the night must be registered in the reservation.
7 All visitors must be previously discussed and explicitly authorized by us.
8 Up to 2 cars must be parked in the property's driveway. Street parking is strictly forbidden.
9 Stained sheets or towels and damaged items must be paid for to replace them.
10 Any violation of our house rules could cost part of or the entire security deposit (plus the penalty fees if applicable) and even the non-refundable cancellation of the reservation, depending on the severity of the violation.
