Wooden stairs lead from the living room to the hall on the first floor (80m²), which has a bedroom with a double bed, its own entrance via external stairs, windows that can be darkened, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, bidet, WC ad washbasin. There is another bedroom with a double bed, a balcony and a window that can be darkened. The third bedroom has a double bed and affords a wonderful view of the hills and the medieval castle at Romena. There is also another bathroom with a shower, bidet, WC and two washbasins. The cottage can accommodate up to three guests and has a bedroom, a bathroom and 60m² of living space on two floors. The 30m² ground floor has a large living room with armchairs, a wood-burning stove, satellite TV, a desk, a dining table with four chairs and a kitchen unit equipped with a gas stove with four rings, a microwave, an extractor fan, a fridge with a freezer compartment and further electrical appliances. Wooden stairs lead from the living room to the hall on the first floor, which has a bathroom with a window, shower, WC, bidet and washbasin, a bedroom with a view of the pool, the hills and the medieval castle at Poppi.
