* the person renting our house must be 25 years old per the city of bermuda dunes
* there is an optional fee to heat the pool The request to heat the pool should be done at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. Cost is $99/night.
* prior to check our management company requires an additional written contract which you will be sent before your arrival The city also requires that renters supply a copy of their government issued ID and license plate numbers of personally owned vehicles.
