The main level features a well equipped kitchen, a comfy living area and a powder room. Upstairs are 2 spacious bedrooms & a full bath. You'll also find cozy outdoor living spaces - a balcony off of the primary bedroom, and a rear deck complete with an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day on the beach.
there are 2 designated spaces to park right in front of the condo - you can leave your car and walk to the beach or town! the condo is one block to the beach access Town is approximately 1/2 mile away, ferry terminal approx. 1 mile away, Cape Henelopen State Park approx. 3 miles away.
the primary bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has 3 singles There is also a fold up cot available and a sofa bed in the living room. We provide quality linens and towels - leave those at home and start enjoying your visit as soon as you arrive! Also included are beach essentials - 4 fluffy beach towels, 2 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas and a wagon. A starter supply of detergent, paper towels, TP, trash bags, etc. is also provided.
