it is located in a calm street, not overlooked, so you can make the best of the small sunny garden (complete with palm tree!)
the ground floor is taken up by one very large room (40m sq or 430 feet sq) with 3 full length french windows The kitchen/dining area blends seamlessly into the living area with its 4 seater sofa and armchair - the perfect place to relax. There is high speed (fibre optic) wi-fi throughout.
you can normally park just outside the house, and we have a lock-up garage next to the house (not suitable for very large vehicles) The railway station is 600m away and a less-than-10 minute walk through the old town brings you to the banks of the Dordogne, and the Maison des Vins (Quai Cyrano), our favourite place to have a glass of wine overlooking the river..
