TOP FLOOR in large house available for guests with two separate rooms. Easy location for activities at the University (football and other game days, graduations, conferences & tours). Overall very quiet & welcoming on a private circle over the hill from the main road. Open and sunny in the front, with a private deck, backyard, and access to the river to wash your cares away. Enjoy your privacy on the top floor or come to socialize with us. We work full time in Athens but enjoy sharing our home with warm guests. We are frequently visited by deer with a lovely concert of birds singing in the high trees..
