guest registration and check-in process:
rental and guest registration form: guests are required to submit the rental and guest registration form at least 24 hours prior to their arrival Failure to do so may result in denied access to the Kampground.
office registration: all renters and guests must personally register with a reservation specialist upon arrival
photo id requirement: renters and guests must provide a valid photo id at the time of registration, and the name on the id must match the name on the registration form
late submission fee: if a guest arrives without submitting the necessary paperwork at least 24 hours in advance, the owner will incur a service fee of $2500, which will then be charged to the guest.
check-in information:welcome package: upon registration, guests will receive a welcome package containing a gate card (requiring a reimbursable deposit), a parking pass, a map of the kampground with directions to their designated lot, and a copy of the kampground rules and regulations
