this home is built in the 1930s so we intentionally designed the interior to be coastal but keep its old world charm! as you step into our home you will enter into our recently renovated sunroom with built in window seat this is a perfect area to relax after a day at the beach!
from the sunroom, you enter into our cozy living room quarters that has a 60" smart tv and seating for friends and family The main couch pulls out into a memory foam queen bed for additional sleeping.
the living room is open to a large dining table and antique bar for serving
the dining room opens up to the large kitchen which has a breakfast table for 4 The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you will need for cooking or mixing up a frozen cocktail. The kitchen also has two separate closets that are used for a food pantry and cleaning/service supplies. The kitchen opens up to the backyard.
adjacent to the dining room is the first bedroom which is a full bed with ensuite bathroom This is a full bathroom with shower/tub combo.
the backyard is a patio with seating, grill area, outdoor shower, and large grassy yard with a garden
the second floor is 3 bedrooms (2) bedrooms are queens and (1) primary bedroom with a king + a bonus loft. Each bedroom is equipped with a closet, dresser, full body mirror, and an additional seat. Each bedroom has its own window AC unit and ceiling fan.
there is a centralized second floor full bathroom with shower
the primary bedroom has a walk up loft area that can be an office space or sleep an additional guest in a twin bed There is also a small sofa. be sure to check out the bay sunset from the loft area under the disco ball!
