Summary: The owner let the window cleaners in while we were out without first asking us. We had no issue them coming in but felt it very unsuitable to let them in without first asking. That said the owner was very friendly and flexible with dates to accommodate our needs. We felt the kitchen could have been better equipped with poor quality pans, untensils. The whole house could have been cleaner. Although not dirty there was a stain on main bedroom bedding. Skirting boards hadn’t seen a duster. Some cobwebs and some black mold on window frames. My advice to the owners would be the little things and attention to detail make the biggest difference. All that said we had a lovely time after I cleaned. Loved the big comfortable sofa once I had vacuumed it and the peace and quiet was great. We certainly would consider going back again if our above comments were addressed.
