5025 West Avenue: This gorgeous 3 Bedroom and 2 Bathroom, family beach home is just 2.5 blocks from the beach! It is also only a ten minute drive from the boardwalk. You can start your day with some coffee, use the Multi-port charger provided to power up, and read a good book on the porch. The house sleeps up to 6 and has off-street parking for one car, and plenty of on street parking in front of the house.
we bought the house in summer 2017 and have invested heavily in renovations, new furniture, and appointments to make this a perfect rental Features include A/C and heating throughout, TVs in all bedrooms, new kitchen and master bath, outside shower, new queen room furniture and flat screen smart TV in the living room.
