this home is located in the much sought after kierland area of north scottsdale Close to the shopping and dining at Kierland Commons, the new Scottsdale Quarter and the Westin Kierland Resort, Spa & Golf Club. This home is centrally located to all the culture, nightlife and natural beauty the Valley of the Sun has to offer.
casa kierland is a fully furnished 2-story 4 bedroom, 25 bath single family home. The master bedroom offers a King bed, flat screen TV, workstation with printer and attached full bath. The 2nd bedroom offers a Queen bed (w/ SMART TV only), 3rd bedroom has a Queen Bed and the 4th bedroom offers 2 Twin Beds to sleep 8 comfortably. We can also supply an additional Queen double-high air mattress and a Pack n' Play upon request for your convenience, which can sleep an additional 2 or 3. A 2nd full bath is located upstairs, and another half bath on the 1st floor.
plenty of indoor and outdoor entertaining space include a family room with large flat screen tv open to the fully stocked kitchen A separate living room offers plenty of seating and additional flat screen television and DVD player to enjoy pre-dinner cocktails, which opens to the formal dining that can seat 10 comfortably. The glass sliding doors open to the large outdoor covered patio with plenty of seating to relax. Enjoy the stainless steel BBQ and built-in wet bar with full size fridge. A flat screen TV hangs above the wet bar to round out the outdoor experience. Turn on the misting system and the 3 ceiling fans which cools the patio a good 10 degrees or so. The desert in the winter cools off in the evening, so use the outdoor patio heater to still enjoy the desert sky. Perfect for a relaxing get-away, golf trip or your next family reunion! The patio opens to a large grassy area for play. The private pool is entered through a child-safe view fence. This deep diving/lap pool can be enjoyed by all.*** An attached spa is perfect for those chilly desert evenings.*** You will also find plenty of comfortable lounge chairs to sun-bathe, along with an outdoor dining table. Extras such as board games and books will keep you entertained for days.
***additional fee to heat the pool and/or spa It heats off of a propane heater, so you will be responsible for the propane used. Guests will be liable for the exact invoice of re-fill for propane used for heating the pool and/or spa. Cost depends on the time of year and how warm you heat it.
