Summary: After returning home I found several other properties that were larger and closer to the beach in the same price range. Property was clean but had no air conditioning and the widows could only be opened about 6 inches. A fan was provided but it was noisy. I found it very difficult to sleep. Parking is awful in this area. Had to park two and three blocks away. Beach is walkable but not really close.
