this is the primary bedroom in the bungalow home It has a plush full-sized bed, funky vintage vibes, nightstands on both sides and an overhead fan for comfort.

state law strictly prohibits parties/events at the property This is a residential area with quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am to be respectful of our neighbors. The home is outfitted with a Minut device that measures volume decibels (does not record) and notifies us when noise levels exceed a set limit. Violating noise ordinances is an initial $2000 fine.
we use truvi as part of our guest screening process Your TRUVI application must match the primary guest name on the reservation. Per city and state laws, your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled. once confirmed and before check-in, guests must also sign a rental agreement agreeing and acknowledging to:
- abide by our rental terms and conditions
- provide a copy of a valid government-issued id and matching credit card prior to check-in
- that we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $35, paid via truvi
- the waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay

the landscaper visits the property every tuesday
we don’t have a lost and found, so please double-check you have all your stuff before you leave We can’t take responsibility for anything left behind.
