the ground floor features the entrance, kitchen, dining room, living room, four toilets, and the main terrace, where meals can be enjoyed This terrace is sheltered by an adjustable shade, providing protection from both rain and sun. Additionally, three heaters are available on the terrace for added comfort during colder times. Access from this level leads to the pool area and garden.

The terrace is also covered by a shade that protects from the rain and from the sun, it can be easily closed if not needed. when staying at the villa you will have complete access to the whole luxury villa including the sea view terrace, outside balcony areas and private swimming pool The villa is composed of 8 double rooms, accommodating up to 16 people, all the rooms have ensuite bathrooms with showers, safe, minibar, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. In 4 of those 8 rooms, more precisely those on the 1 floor, it is also possible to open an extra bed at an extra cost. The villa has 2 magnificent terraces, one on each floor, all facing the sea, it also has an infinity pool, where guests can relax and enjoy the sun! Our Villa with Magnificent view on the Amalfi Coast & pool is located on a hill, approximately 150 steps up from the street level, it's only 10 minutes walking distance from the city center.
