the house was built in 1988 on the edge of an orange tree field It is 185 sq.m and consists of 3 levels. The 1st level comprises of a bedroom, the dining room, the kitchen, and a WC with shower. The living room occupies the second level, also featuring a fireplace and a wardrobe. On the third level there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and an office with two beds and a desk with a computer. It is suitable for holidays. It is a 4-minute drive from the beach or a 20-minute walk. The house consists of a 5-acre land with a three-level 185sq.m. house built on the edge. Surrounded by trees and green and farms around the house you will never be disturbed. You can access the farm in the back of the house to handpick oranges and lemons from the trees if you wish.
