ideally located between land and sea, the activities are numerous and for all ages such as:
scuba diving and exploration, jet ski, towed buoy, pedal boat rental, kayak, water skiing, boat rental, water park, amusement park, buggy ride, rosalie rental (small family pedal cart)
the villa consists of two large apartments on 3 levels
on the ground floor the first ground floor apartment for 5 people:

you will also have access to the magnificent landscaped garden on the ground floor with the bottom of the villa, including everything you need to spend a superb holiday:
a furnished terrace with gas barbecue, a large heated, private and secure swimming pool with shutter and colored lighting, pool house fitted out for outdoor naps, a solar shower, deckchairs, a petanque court, a ping-pong table
the swimming pool will be accessible from april 1 to september 15 but it is possible to prepare it out of season on request, at an additional cost
you can park up to 6 vehicles securely on site
