The 170 m² non-smoking house is situated in an absolutely secluded location in the climatic health resort of Allrode (district of Thale) and is available to guests for sole occupancy.it stands on a plot of approx. 1700 m², the house and garden are completely fenced 140 cm high.the ground-level bungalow is situated in the middle of the forest next to a stream, nestled in a small valley.The access road is easy to drive on with a normal car and is also popular with carriages, hikers and cyclists. 500 m away are the nearest neighbours, so neither children's noise nor dogs barking are a nuisance. The floors have been rebuilt from scratch, with thick insulation and designer flooring, and the walls have also been sanded, re-plastered with lime plaster and painted with limewash paint. Ideal for allergy sufferers, all floors are wipeable.
