we are very laid back and reasonable, however there are certain rules that we are very adamant about Most importantly, we are just asking for our guests to practice basic common respect/decency and to treat our home in the same manner that they would treat their very own home, friends, families, and neighbors. Please keep noises outside to a minimum after 9:30 PM on weeknights and 11 PM on weekends in an effort to not disturb our neighbors. absolutely no parties!
