The upstairs hall access bathroom features a spacious shower.

Downtown McCall shopping and dining can be found four and a half miles north of the property – close enough for convenience, but far enough away to ensure peace, quiet, and wooded privacy for guests during their McCall vacation.
the payette riverwalk is less than a quarter mile away - 41 acres of riverfront property located at 250 moonridge drive This land is protected under a conservation easement held by the Payette Land Trust, which protects the river from development, conserves wildlife habitat, and allows responsible access to the river. The Payette Riverwalk is now open to the public for bike and pedestrian traffic - no motor vehicles. People can fish, paddleboard, float the Payette for 2 hours by launching at the Red Bridge and taking out at Moonridge. 5 vehicle parking is available, and it is just a short walk from this property.
