On the ground floor, the main entrance leads directly to the cosy and welcoming sitting room with fireplace, then continuing to the dining room with the adjacent, perfectly-equipped kitchen which also has outside access through a French window. A wooden staircase goes up to the sleeping area with 2 double bedrooms with a bathroom with tub and laundry cupboard, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. ANNEX: The annex is connected to the main villa through a portico; the entrance leads into a hallway with single sofa bed, a double bedroom with access on the pool side, a bathroom with shower, a brightly-lit dining room and, finally, the kitchen.
