Entering the main entrance of the villa, you come to the living room with sitting area and TV. The living room is divided from the dining room by a partition wall. The well-connected kitchen, with central island and a view of the pool, communicates directly with the outdoor dining area shaded by a canopy. Large windows confer natural continuity between the large living area and the garden. The floor is completed by the laundry room and a guest bathroom. An internal staircase leads up to the first floor with three double bedrooms of minimalist design with large windows, each with ensuite bathroom with shower.
