There are then four bedrooms and two bathrooms in total, two bedrooms and a shower room on the ground floor and then an additional two bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor. Perfect for the spring and summer months is the fabulous garden, complete with outdoor eating area, fire pit and BBQ area, there is a gate which leads directly out onto the common. At the front of the property is ample parking.

the perfect summer social space for all to enjoy The garden has a series of fantastic areas to enjoy, with a large seating area located to the rear of the sitting room, this features a large wooden table, seating for 8 and parasol, to the left are unique wooden sofa seats with coffee table. Be sure to pack those marshmallows as you are not going to want to miss out on the truly fantastic fire pit. There is also a bar area with stools, netball hoop and table tennis. the ideal garden for lots of fun!

southwold is a seaside town situated along the east suffolk coast within an area of outstanding natural beauty and resting between lowestoft and ipswich Southwold is known as the home of Adnams Brewery which was established in the town in 1872 and it also has its own lighthouse, a museum and a picturesque pier which has a selection of colourful beach huts and which plays host to the regular Southwold Model Yacht regatta. The town boasts a number of excellent restaurants and eateries with a particular nod to its seaside location so there is always plenty of seafood and fish on the menu. Southwold has some fantastic independent shops, boutiques, galleries and pubs which are great for a browse and to stock up on essentials for your holiday.
