In continuation of the large, bright kitchen / dining room, you will find the activity room with billiards and large-screen TV, which is the house's natural meeting point. There is also a large living room with a further TV. From the family room there is direct access to the large terrace, where there is a barbecue and garden furniture. The house is located on a large plot with park-like garden only approx. 1500 m from Gram Castle. There is plenty of opportunity for fishing in Gram and there is a cleaning area by the house and a large freezer for freezing fish.
