Villa Famiglia is an enchanting villa with a private pool and beautiful stone architecture which blends in perfectly with the surrounding Istrian countryside. Its traditional style used for construction gives it a very special atmosphere, a mixture of tradition, comfort and luxury. Villa Famiglia located in village Selina near Sveti Lovrec can accommodate up to 8 people. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area, a covered terrace with seating, a bathroom and one double bedroom with direct access to the private garden with a swimming heated pool. On the first floor of the villa are three bedrooms with private bathrooms. From the balcony there is a beautiful view of the garden and pool area. The house is fully air conditioned. The rental price includes: Wi-fi, bed linen, towels and private parking. Pets are welcome with an additional fee.

The area is full of marked bike trails that lead to nearby villages and historic towns (Kanfanar, Dvigrad, Tinjan, Kringa). On your request the owners can aswell rent you bikes.
