house rules we are thrilled to have you as our guests and we hope you enjoy your stay to make sure you have a smooth and pleasant experience, we kindly ask you to follow these simple rules:
* a maximum of 6 guests are allowed per reservation
* only registered guests are allowed to enter the property Please send your guests names and email addresses prior to check-in. We respect your privacy and we won't share this information with anyone else.
* please park only in the driveway and up to 4 cars are allowed Street parking is not allowed and you may be towed.
* our check-in time is at 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am We strictly adhere to these times to provide adequate and thorough cleaning for your safety.
* quiet hours are enforced from 10 pm to 7 am We appreciate your love for music, but please be mindful of our neighbors and the county's sound ordinance. Please keep the music volume low and don't use any speakers outside the house from 10 pm to 7 am.
* a noise monitoring device is installed per county requirements and we get notified if the threshold is above the level for daytime and nighttime
* the pool & and hot tub are for your enjoyment until 10 pm., but please rinse or shower before to keep the water clean. After you're done, please put the hot tub cover back, set the temperature to 90 F, and latch it to lock it. This will help us save energy and maintain the quality of the water.
* all children must be supervised when using the pool and hot tub Kindly review our Pool and Hot Tub waiver printed manual in the living room.
* fire-pit: nothing beats a cozy fire on a chilly night, but please be careful and don't use the fire-pit if it's windy Also, please bring your firewood or buy some from the nearby store. We don't provide firewood for the fire pit.
* smoking and e-vaping outside the house on the patio is okay, just please pick up cigarette butts
* no fireworks are allowed If you see it from the neighbors, please contact us or the Fire Department immediately.
* parties, filming, and commercial use: parties (bachelor/bachelorette party), filming, and commercial use are prohibited without prior permission
* we allow up to 2 dogs 35 lbs per reservation We expect guests to be responsible and pick up after them. Pets must be supervised and leashed when going outside the property.
* to prevent attracting desert critters, please do not leave any food leftovers outside, and keep the sliding door closed at all times
* you will have the property to yourself, however, we do not allow guests to access the garage/laundry/office area The left side gate facing the house is also for staff access only.
* if in case you need minimal laundry, we have a portable washer and dryer available Otherwise, the nearest laundromat is 5 minutes away.
* issues: if you find something broken or notice an issue upon check-in, we would appreciate it if you notify us right away Otherwise, we will assume that everything is satisfactory and that you will have a 5-star experience. We strive to exceed your expectations.
