Basic kitchen with cooking supplies. High Speed Wifi. 17 minute walk to El Cerrito Del Norte Bart Station. 9 minute train ride to Berkeley, 15 minutes to Down Tow Oakland, 25 minutes to San Francisco. This is an apartment in a safe area, with a private off street parking spot.

Please note this is only for situations that require an urgent action to make sure the guest's needs are addressed and resolved immediately.
