This beachfront home is located in the close-in west end subdivision of Spanish Grant Galveston. Beachfront Sea Shell is a very cozy three-bedroom, two-bath home that will accommodate up to 8 guests. Beachfront Sea Shell has a lovely covered deck area with seating so guests can watch the sunrise in the morning and dream away the sunny afternoon under the shady cover of the deck. The under part of the house features a picnic table and outdoor shower along with a charcoal grill. The Spanish Grant subdivision has lovely beaches and guests walk out the front door and directly out to the beach access walk over to the water's edge (over the sand dunes).
the open concept living/dining/kitchen area is quaint as can be with cottage-style decor The living area features a very large television, cable tv/wifi and DVD player with Netflix capabilities (bring your own login/password) for guest use. The living room features new living room furniture with a queen sleeper sofa. the kitchen features an open bar area for cool drinks while the chef prepares a fresh shrimp dinner for the family!
the primary bedroom has a king bed with a semi en suite full bath with step-in shower The 2nd bedroom also has a king bed and shares a bath with a step-in shower. The 3rd bedroom also features a king-size bed! The living area has a queen sleeper sofa to round out sleeping for 8. The bedrooms are roomy and comfortable with adequate storage and closet space to stow away suitcases and other vacation gear.
