this 2 bedroom/2 bath offers coastal shabby chic decor that is comfortable and relaxing The unit sleeps 8 with 2 King beds, a daybed & trundle, and a comfy queen sleeper sofa. Guests will also enjoy the 55" Ultra 4K Smart TV & DVD player in the living room, free secure WiFi, & DishTV. There's a fully stocked kitchen...complete with dinnerware for both inside dining or patio dining. A full-size pantry, large side-by-side refrigerator and full-size dishwasher can easily accommodate a family gathering. A coffeemaker, toaster, blender, can opener, cork screws, various sizes of pots and pans, and cooking utensils, as well as a stock pot are all provided. Towels and sheets are provided by our partner linen service. There may be some variations in furnishings or decor since pictures were taken.

1) parking rates will be set at $1000 per car per day plus sales tax
2) trailers (motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as biker rally weekend No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.
3) per day rates will be capped after $7000 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day.

Home is dog friendly for up to 2 pets. $100.00 non-refundable fee for the 1st pet and $50 non-refundable fee for the 2nd pet. 25lb limit. Guest must contact our office prior to arrival to make arrangements for payment of pet fee and/or signature on a pet addendum.
