The house is located in a quiet hamlet with unobstructed views of the plain, close to the owners' residence but with a separate, enclosed garden. Access via the A77 motorway, 10 km from Montargis and Ferrières, in the heart of the Gâtinais region, offering many day trips. GROUND FLOOR: living room, lounge area, and open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms (one bedroom with two 90x190cm beds and one bedroom with a 140x190cm bed), bathroom (walk-in shower, sink), and separate toilet.
