well-maintained pool house located on a hilly dune plot with a little sea view in magnificent nature and completely undisturbed surroundings near the sea and beach The property has a sunset bench from which you can enjoy the views of the area and the sea. No letting to youth groups. In 2004 the house was completely renovated including bathrooms and kitchen so that it now appears in modern Danish cottage style with light and tasteful decor. The kitchen is an open plan concept with the living area and offers direct access to the open south /west facing terrace and a covered terrace. There are four bedrooms and a loft, two bathrooms with shower and underfloor heating. Swimming pool of 24 m² with a children's section, and the pool area has an exercise bike. The style is modern and bright, the owner has everywhere put a strong emphasis on high quality and functionality, making the house appear very welcoming and nice. And with its 190 m² it offers plenty of room for either a large family or for two families who want to spend the holidays together. The plot is an open, slightly hilly dune plot with plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities such as sunbathing, barbecues and ball games and there is a sandpit.
