there are no neighbors close by! this is a remote location that is secluded and very peaceful
please note that in the winter your vehicle will need to maneuver through snow on the long driveway (snow removal by plow will happen when snow accumulates to 4 inches or more) and you'll need to be able to use a shovel to remove snow from the steps/walkway if it accumulates during your stay As with any upstate New York property, there is a small chance that a power outage may occur and the house will be without power.
