The beautiful Margate beach with its epic sunsets is also within close reach, perfect for swimming, sunbathing, or enjoying a leisurely walk along the shore. Dreamland Margate is just a 10 minute stroll away.

enter through the street door and into the cosy living room, containing a 2 seater sofa and 2 arm chairs, rug, lamp, coffee table, bookshelf and smart tv, featuring popular apps such as netflix
connected is the open plan kitchen with a modern electrical oven, stove and stylish smeg fridge-freezer The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials you need such as a microwave, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. The back of the kitchen features a dining table with 5 chairs and a glass extension with floor to ceiling windows. There is also a small toilet by the back door.
through the glass door in the kitchen, you'll discover the secluded private garden with small table and chairs- the perfect place to relax and reflect on the day's adventures
up a set of stairs, you'll find a landing with a bookshelf and storage space underneath The master bedroom is to the left, featuring a lavish king sized bed, bedside tables, a chest of drawers with a mirror, and hanger space on the wall. On the right is the second bedroom, with comfy double bed, bedside tables and a large storage unit for you to use.
up another set of stairs you will reach the top floor- on the left is the large bathroom with quirky exposed brick and cottage roof features, containing a bathtub and separate overhead shower unit, and a toilet
across the landing is a small utility room with a washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board
you will have access to the entire property I won't be around but Pass The Keys will be managing the property on my behalf and will be available to contact 24/7 for any assistance you may need.
we provide complimentary tea, coffee, and essential toiletries for the initial days of your stay Should you require more, it is only a 2 minute walk to the nearest supermarket.
