the property has steep steps down to the front door and from the house to the beach, so the property is not suitable for wheelchair access or those unstable on their feet, children should be supervised Two small pets are welcome (Chihuahua, Poodle, Terrier size). More than two pets and larger breeds are at the discretion of the owners. The property has a cot and high chair for younger children. The property is no smoking.
