the flat is located in the attic The roof has been heavily insulated so that you don't have to worry about cooking up there in summer and freezing in winter :). Two horses and chickens live on the farm. There is a recreation room in the barn with darts, table football and table tennis. For children we also have a tree house and two mountain go-karts.
