Holiday home renovated in 2021 with swimming pool and 6-person whirlpool and sauna located on a beautiful natural plot at Grønhøj. The cottage was built in 1989 and contains a living room in open connection with the kitchen, 3 bedrooms, loft, possibility of double bed in the living room and two bathrooms with shower and toilet. There is a large swimming pool, a 6-person hot tub and an 8-person sauna, which can be enjoyed after an active day at the beach. The decor is in classic Danish cottage style with the main emphasis on well-being and cosiness. In the house there is an air / water heat pump, wood stove and TV. There is a large, open terrace where the sun can be enjoyed throughout the day and it is easy to find a good, secluded nook for sunbathing. Part of the terrace is covered, so you can enjoy the outdoor life a little longer. From the ground there is a view of the dunes and look to the sea approx. 400 m from the house. Not for rent to youth groups.
